Contact us
The fastest way to reach the DontSnooze team is by email at contact@simplescale.tech. We typically respond within one business day.
For reports of objectionable content, abuse, or safety concerns, we aim to review and act within 24 hours.
Reporting content or users
The fastest way to report a photo, story, or user is from inside the app: long-press the item or open the user's profile and tap Report. You can also email contact@simplescale.tech with:
- your username,
- the username of the person you're reporting (if applicable),
- a description of the problem and, if possible, a screenshot,
- the approximate date and time you saw the content.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. If you cannot access the app, use the web flow at dontsnooze.io/delete-account.
The alarm didn't fire — what now?
DontSnooze relies on iOS AlarmKit, which fires reliably under Silent, Do Not Disturb, and Focus modes on iOS 26 and later. If an alarm does not fire, please:
- confirm Notifications and AlarmKit are allowed for DontSnooze in iOS Settings,
- confirm the alarm is enabled inside the app,
- confirm your iOS version is 26.1 or later,
- email us with the time the alarm should have fired and your time zone.
How do I block someone?
Open the user's profile, tap the menu (···), then tap Block. The user will no longer be able to see your profile or interact with you.
Can I view or remove photos in my punishment pool?
No. The pool is intentionally hidden. The only way to prevent a pool photo from being shared is to complete your challenges on time. You can stop new photos from being added to the pool by revoking Photo Library access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → DontSnooze. Photos already in the pool remain until they are consumed by a failed challenge or until you delete your account.
How do I change my notification preferences?
Open Settings → Notifications and toggle the categories you want to receive.
Can I use DontSnooze on iPad / Mac / Apple Watch?
Not yet. DontSnooze is iPhone-only at launch. We are evaluating other platforms.
